Getting the work life balance just right
We’re committed to our work... that goes without saying. But we know when we need to reset and recharge. After all, a happy worker is a great worker!
From footballers to online gamers, socialites to fashionistas, we fit together like a wonderfully diverse jigsaw
WE ARE PIXEL
Our Founders
Ben and Matt founded Pixel 16 years ago with a simple belief. Great digital products are built by great people, working together under one roof. No outsourcing, no unnecessary complexity, just talented people doing what they do best.
What began with two developers and a desk has grown into a team of over 40 specialists across web design, software development, mobile apps, eCommerce, digital marketing and support.
Along the way, we’ve outgrown three offices, embraced new technologies and adapted to an industry that never stands still. But one thing hasn’t changed: our commitment to building exceptional digital products, entirely in-house, and developing lasting relationships with the businesses we work with.
Sixteen years on, we’re still doing what we set out to do. Just on a slightly different scale.
A bit of the behind the scenes
A wonderfully mixed bunch of peeps
Big personalities, bigger ideas. We speak up, challenge each other and make magic out of it. Our best web design happens when everyone’s heard.
Sometimes a good natter sparks the best ideas
We’re always talking: learning from each other, checking in with clients, pushing things forward. Good conversations make better results.
Any excuse for a treat or a toast
Big win or small win, we stop and celebrate it. Launches, milestones, a squashed bug: if it’s worth a cheer, it’s worth a cake.

Don’t take our word for it..
We had a fantastic experience working with the Pixel team on developing our new website. As a family-run business, it was important that our website reflected our heritage whilst bringing our brand into the modern digital world. We’re extremely pleased with the final result and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to build or improve their online presence.
My experience of working with Pixel has been exemplary from start to finish. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Pixel was the ability to immediately understand my needs. This was particularly remarkable given the complexity of the project. As the new portal has evolved, new features have been introduced, including an AI element. Adding this was quite effortless and will improve the final product incrementally.
